Inventory of Sandbridge Beach houses for sale is down 30% from the highs of recent years. Days on market for SOLD properties has improved dramatically. Competition and competitive bidding activity for fairly priced homes is re-surfacing. Fewer foreclosure and short sale house are available. Number of closed sales per month has been setting new recent records.

Have we hit the bottom? I’m not smart enough to make that call, but the signs of recovery are sure encouraging. The Buyers I sold homes to in the last 7 months collectively are a very impressive group. These Buyers aren’t wild-eyed speculators, they are thoughtful well educated, successful professionals.
