71% increase in Sandfiddler Road Vacation Rental Bookings

The number of new vacationers discovering Sandbridge is resulting in record bookings for 2013. I looked at the results for two vacation rental houses, managed by Siebert Realty, as of this date the bookings on these two vacation rental properties are 71% ahead of the same date last year. Neither of these properties has anything new for next year.

I don’t  expect this increase to hold as the year progresses however, the point I am making is twofold: 1- more interest in Sandbridge is resulting in earlier bookings 2- The demand for nice rental units in Sandbridge is growing.

For 12 years I have known that the “secret of Sandbridge” is at risk of not being much of a secret, that said I often hear, “this is the first time we heard of Sandbridge and we loved it, we’re coming back for sure.”  We at Siebert Realty are working hard to share the “Secret of Sandbridge”.

Combine these thoughts with still low prices, low interest rates and you too may come to the conclusion that It is a great time to buy a  beach house in Sandbridge Beach, Virginia.
