Website owner guide

This guide explains the website’s core management and backup process. The private owner portal is available at sandbridge.net/portal/.

Website inquiries

Every legitimate contact-form submission uses a three-layer process:

1. Owner portal: the inquiry appears in the protected Inquiries section, where it can be marked read or archived.
2. Netlify Forms: an independent copy remains in the website’s Netlify form records.
3. Email notification: Netlify can email designated recipients whenever the form is submitted.

Final notification setup: new inquiry emails go only to Charlie’s work address, charlie@siebert-realty.com. The portal and Netlify copies continue to provide two independent backups.

Reviews

Website-submitted reviews remain pending until approved. Reviews can be published or hidden independently, and no more than three can be featured on the homepage.

Routine management

• Use Inquiries to review new buyer and seller messages.
• Use Reviews to approve submissions and select homepage features.
• Use Call & text to control when those contact buttons are emphasized.
• Use Website content, Photos, and Links & contact for ordinary updates.

Security

Inquiry contact details and unpublished reviews are available only after authorized owner sign-in. Never share the portal password or forward account-confirmation links.
