Domain and launch notes

These notes identify the services that keep the website available without recording passwords, recovery codes or other secrets.

Current arrangement

• Public address: https://sandbridge.net
• Domain registrar and DNS: GoDaddy
• Website hosting: the existing Netlify project named sandbridge-with-charlie
• Owner portal: https://sandbridge.net/portal/
• Inquiry collection: Netlify Forms, with notification only to charlie@siebert-realty.com

Continuity rules

• Do not delete the Netlify project or change DNS records unless a planned migration is underway.
• Do not transfer the domain without confirming the recipient, renewal status and active DNS settings.
• Before a hosting change, export the source package, photo library, form submissions and current review data.
• After any DNS change, verify the homepage, Reviews page, portal sign-in, inquiry form and secure HTTPS connection.

Important: This document intentionally contains no passwords, tokens or private recovery details. Store those only in the account owner’s secure password manager.

Safe transfer checklist

1. Confirm the new professional has written authorization from Charlie.
2. Provide the source and photo archives from the portal.
3. Invite the professional through the applicable service instead of sharing a password.
4. Keep the existing project active until the replacement is verified.
5. Test inquiry delivery and remove obsolete access after the transition.
