Sandpiper has got back on track after a relatively slow sales period. Over 3 times as many houses have Sold or have Sales Pending on Sandpiper Road for the 6 month period ending 5/5/201. During this last 6 month period the average price of the Sandpiper Road “SOLD” homes was 79% higher than the previous year.  The average SOLD Sandpiper price was $546,000 up from $435,000.

The days of selling Sandbridge beach houses with a large amount of deferred maintenance seem to be over. The nicest houses that are fairly priced are under contract relatively quickly.
