Sandbridge Sales – May 2012

There were 6 houses recorded as Closed Sales in Sandbridge for May, 2012. This is another record number. The last 7 months have been very active in terms of closed sales. Buyer activity seems to be signaling that we may have hit a pricing bottom.

Four of the six closed properties were on Sandpiper Road, buyers seem to be responding to the good value currently offered on this street.

When we talk about what has sold in Sandbridge for the past month we need to be on the same page. You may have heard discussions about how many houses sold recently. When a contract to purchase real estate is agreed to by the Buyer and Seller it is often referred to as a sale. This is an optimistic look at what should happen if all goes well.
